The second term for 2015 begins the week of the 13th April.
The Yoga for Kids and Teens begins the following week, as does the next round of Yoga for ABs.
The latter class is running for six weeks this term and focuses on working the core muscles, which include the Rectus Abdominis (the six pack muscles), Obliques, Transverse Abdominis, Adductors, Quadratus Lumborum and Psoas Major. This is a popular class, so book your place now!
