This class starts again today, but kids and teenagers can begin at any time. Classes are an hour in length and begin at 4.30pm. This class is held in the Leisure Centre at the Masonic Village on Queen Street in Levin. It's great fun but also helps build confidence, flexibility, focus - to name but a few things.
